How We Share Your Information

With Employers

We share Job Seekers' profiles and resumes with Employers, but contact details are only revealed after mutual connection is made. Staffing and recruitment firms are not granted access to Job Seeker data unless the Job Seeker has opted in via profile visibility controls. ProfiHitch respects the confidentiality and intent of Job Seeker preferences.

With Service Providers

Including:

  • Payment Processors
  • Cloud Hosting Vendors
  • Analytics and Marketing Tools

Legal Compliance

We may disclose your data:

  • In response to a legal obligation (subpoena, investigation, etc.)
  • To protect the rights and safety of ProfiHitch or its users
