  • Communication: Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and send notifications related to your account or the Service.
  • Service Enhancement: Analyze usage trends to improve functionality and personalize the user experience.
  • Billing and Payments: Process payments for subscriptions, tokens, and other services via secure third parties.

A. With Employers or Staffing Agencies

Job Seekers’ profiles, resumés, and related information may be shared with Employers or approved Staffing Agencies, in accordance with each Job Seeker’s visibility preferences. Employers and Staffing Agencies cannot access your contact details unless you mutually agree to connect.

B. With Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal information with trusted vendors who perform functions on our behalf, including:

  • Payment Processors for secure transactions.
  • Cloud Storage and Hosting Providers.
  • Analytics and Marketing Partners to improve the Service and deliver relevant content.

C. For Legal and Compliance Purposes

We may disclose information to:

  • Comply with legal obligations or lawful requests (e.g., subpoenas, court orders).
  • Protect our rights, property, or safety and that of others. users
